I hate ranting but I have to let off some steam. so don't read if you're going to yell at me, trust me I know how illogical this is.

So I was supposed to go skiing with my Aunt, and I love her, but she’s self-centered. She lives near Los Vegas, but there are mountains out near there, with some nice slopes. So my flight was booked (my parents were paying as a Christmas gift) and I was packed, and getting pretty syced, 'cause I love to ski and this was a week trip for that and only that. And the night before, my Aunt said she was to sick to pick me up or ski with me so the trip had to be rescheduled, no big. However, I'm going to be just a tad busy these next two months with a musical coming up, too busy to take a weekend off more likely then not, and the flight tickets couldn't be rescheduled after that. And we are not that rich to just blink $200 off like nothing. As it is that is the most expensive Christmas I've ever received. So then what? I suggested that we just cut the week in half, she would spend the first part of the week recovering, then later I would show up and we could go. That went over as a 'well... ok' to everyone involved. It cost us an extra 100 to reschedule the flight, and mom started tearing me apart for it, no matter that it was no one's fault what so ever. so I unpacked to do a better job of it and sat for two days, repacked and got all set on the third day... and she (my aunt) flat out canceled on me because she felt worse, too bad to even just pick me up, so now I'm disappointed, pissed, and I know mom's going to freak cause she spent 300 on NOTHING. What the hell?! Now I get to mope around the house for the rest of break (friends are mostly busy or out of town) and hide from mom whenever she gets home. Life is wonderful sometimes; this was my one chance to relax over winter break and it's long gone now. I'm going to feel like such crap when school starts again. I can't even think strait NOW! What’ll I be like then?!
